Goal setting is an important predictor of success in graduate school and can help you to transition successfully into your chosen career. By planning and aligning your activities with your goals, and tracking your progress, you can greatly increase your chances of achieving your goals. In this session we will introduce you to the myPath toolkit, discuss what is involved in creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP), and guide you through the activities included in the myPath IDP Workbook.
