C鈥檈st possible gr芒ce 脿 des mises en situation fr茅quentes et vari茅es telles que refuser poliment une invitation apr猫s le travail, se sortir d鈥檜ne situation difficile ou calmer le jeu lors d鈥檜n conflit professionnel. Not quite sure how to approach communicating in a diplomatic way, especially when the situation is challenging? We will practise many scenarios such as politely declining an invitation to hang out after work or de-escalating a conflict between two colleagues. Improve your skills and be better prepared when the time comes.
