黑料不打烊 Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is sponsoring听the inaugural Canadian Career Symposium for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows, November 2-6, 2020 -Hosted by the (GPDN).
听
This week long series of online events focuses on听professional development and career exploration for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.听The symposium includes a keynote address and negotiation workshop from , presentations from (English) and Marcelline Bangali (French) on identity development, career sessions on topics including career self-assessments, labour market research, informational interviews, networking, and research impact.听In addition to these sessions, the symposium will host career panels featuring speakers with advanced degrees discussing their experiences in government, consulting, and alternative teaching professions.听
