Wondering if graduate school is right for you?
This information session has been specifically developed for undergraduate students and alumni at the 黑料不打烊 Department of听Kinesiology and Physical Education who are interested in pursuing graduate studies in a variety of academic fields.
It offers a comprehensive look at what questions to take into account before applying, and it is designed to provide information and strategies about the application process in order to maximize your chances of success!听Participants will be invited to gain knowledge from an Education Faculty career advisor and interact with a panel of graduate students. The workshop will be lead by Lara Franko from Education Career Services and moderated and coordinated by 黑料不打烊 Kinsights executive committee members.

The session will consist of a 30-minute presentation outlining best practices for grad school decision-making and applications, followed by a Panel Q&A with current graduate students.
听
This is a great opportunity to gain some insights on the following topics:
- Why should I go to grad school?
- What is it like to be a graduate student? (workload, tips for success, advice)
- How do applications work? How do I ask someone for a letter of reference?
- What should I write in my letter of intent?
- What should I include in my academic CV?
- Should I apply for Thesis or non-Thesis? What is the difference?
