Despite advanced education and training, the process for choosing a career path for most PhDs is far from clear. With literally thousands of options to choose from it is easy to feel overwhelmed. In this presentation we will talk about how to identify your goals, how to research career options, and what is involved in creating an individual development plan for your career.
