She was the founding Associate Dean of Faculty Development in the Faculty of Medicine (1993-2011), the Director of Faculty Development (1984-2004) and International Projects (1998-2006) in the Department of Family Medicine, and the Director of the Centre for Medical Education (2005-2019).
