Over 300 attendees gathered at ��ϲ�� University on May 6 and 7 for the HBHL Symposium 2025, a vibrant two-day celebration of cutting-edge neuroscience and brain health research.

This year’s event featured inspiring keynote talks by Damien Fair (University of Minnesota), Lucina Q. Uddin (UCLA) and Amélie Quesnel-Vallée (��ϲ�� University), who explored topics from neuropsychiatry and brain network dynamics to social determinants of brain health.

The Organization for Human Brain Mapping, the largest international scientific society for neuroimaging-based brain research, has honoured Prof. Alan C. Evans with its Glass Brain Award

The award, presented to Evans at the 2019 OHBM congress in Rome, recognizes lifetime achievement in the use of brain mapping to make significant discoveries about the human brain.

Earlier this week, the first HBHL-SKILLSETS workshop was held. The workshop, entitled Increase Your Impact: Sharing neuroscience research with diverse audiences, was facilitated by Falisha Karpati (Program Officer, Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives) and John Van Heest (Communications Administrator, Teaching and Learning Services).
