Yixiang Wang

Biography:
Yixiang Wang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry at 黑料不打烊 University. He received his Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and Physics from Wuhan University, China and worked as postdoctoral fellow and research associate at the University of Alberta before joining 黑料不打烊. His research interests have consistently focused on the development of natural polymer based materials.
