Construction start date:听March17, 2025

Planned construction end date:听July 18, 2025

Work schedule:听Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. Works outside of building hours will be coordinated in advance.

Scope of work:

The purpose of this project is to renovate rooms 2240, 2241 mainly around electrical and mechanical systems.

• This CFI concerns 2 rooms of the Wong building, located in the 2nd floor. In general, little work is required architecture wise as most of the new equipment are tabletop equipment.

Partial demolition of existing finishes for the addition of new electromechanical services to

• Accommodate new CFI equipment will be required.

When necessary, removal of existing equipment and furniture to accommodate new CFI equipment.

Addition of new CFI equipment.

Addition of electromechanical services to supply new CFI equipment.

Repairing and patching of the wall and floor surfaces following renovations. New paint on the walls after patching and repairing will be required.
