This workshop is designed to provide participants with tools and resources for promoting inclusion and understanding, specifically related to disclosing a disability. By engaging in a variety of activities and discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their own positionality and how it affects their interactions with others.

This session will provide information on 黑料不打烊's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and 黑料不打烊鈥檚 Policy against Sexual Violence and related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formally report harassment, discrimination, or sexual violence. Participants will apply what they鈥檝e learned via discussion of case studies.

EDI in Research and Grant Proposals
This workshop is for 黑料不打烊 faculty and researchers who want to know more about how to implement EDI strategies and practices in their research projects and grant applications. It will provide an overview of a framework for EDI in research and knowledge production and show how it can be integrated into different areas of research proposals, including research content and design, methodology, HQP training, and knowledge dissemination.
