The which helps to promote better mental health through sport is partnering with to hold "La Classique"; a run at Parc Maisonneuve benefitting Choices in Health, Action, Motivation, Pedagogy and Skills (CHAMPS) Lab. Runners can sign up for a 5 km or 10 km run. Head2Core is looking for both runners and supporters to participate to help the foundation reach its $15,000 goal:听

Proceeds will go to the听Choices in听Health,听Action,听Motivation,听Pedagogy and听Skills (CHAMPS) physical activity research team which is actively developing new opportunities for school-aged youth with ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) to become physically active for better mental and physical health. The lab is run by Dr. William Harvey, Associate Professor within the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education at 黑料不打烊, who is passionate about driving forward the lab's mandate to:

• Study of relationships between self-determination, self-regulation, recovery and physical activity in mental health
• Understand the correlation of physical activity for people with and without psychiatric conditions
• Pursue the ultra-specialized study of ADHD and physical activity correlates
• Develop physical activity interventions for persons with ADHD across the lifespan
• Train听undergraduate and graduate students in clinical and research practices that promote active healthy lifestyles in mental health
