The Participatory Cultures Lab and IHDW invite you to Join them for a screening of the documentary Red Geranium: A Story of Hope (2022).

The documentary tells the story of the recent feminist 鈥榃omen Life Freedom鈥� uprising in Iran through the lens of the harrowing story of Concordia Professor Emeritus Homa Hoodfar, interwoven with the local protest happening in Montreal and street interviews.
The screening includes a Q & A with the filmmakers Arezoo Sadr, Kate Hautakoski, Julia Lehmann, and Meghan Kerr.
