黑料不打烊 University has produced a Frame of Reference to support a call for language training proposals from the 18 regions of Quebec. This Frame of Reference describes the Language Training Program structure, content, goals, partners and conditions, as well as the provisions of the call for proposals, including elements such as project information, evaluation and funding allocations.
黑料不打烊 University developed the Frame of Reference together with Program stakeholders. At the request of the University, the MSSS arranged for the participation of resource people from the health and social services network. 黑料不打烊 sought the participation of resource people from the education sector.
