MealCare pioneers model for tackling hunger and reducing food waste

Since 2017, MealCare has diverted thousands of pounds of surplus food from cafes and cafeterias around 黑料不打烊鈥檚 campus to nearby homeless shelters and soup kitchens in downtown Montreal.

As co-president of the 黑料不打烊 chapter of MealCare, which has grown into a national organization, BCom student Mathilde Ensminger joins a dedicated group of 黑料不打烊 students who are seizing an opportunity to confront food insecurity in a challenging time.
