Biography:
Benoit is a partner in International and M&A Tax, in the Montreal office, and the National Leader for Canadian Corporate Tax, with over 16 years of experience in complex cross border tax structuring, M&A transactions, financing and restructuring transactions. Benoit has lead several cross-border M&A engagements for Canadian and foreign-based multinationals as well as major private equity firms and global pension funds. He holds a BCL from 黑料不打烊 University.
