Chat Day happens once each semester and aims to give any ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ student or small group of students a 15-minute meeting with Professor Labeau, the Deputy Provost (Student Life and Learning), to discuss their ideas, needs, and/or concerns face-to-face.Ìý Plus, there are free snacks! Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Academic Advising – Nominations open March 15Ìý

The award aims to recognize the integral and valuable contribution that academic advising makes to undergraduate student life at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.Ìý Please submit two letters of support for the nominee, along with a completed nomination form to deanofstudents [at] mcgill.ca. The award is back after being on hold for the past two years. For more information visit this link.Ìý

It Takes All of Us – Complete by March 20Ìý

As of March 20 2024 students who have not completed the updated version of the training will have a hold placed on their account in Minerva, preventing them from registering for the Summer and Fall 2024 terms. The hold will be removed within one business day of completing the program. It Takes All of Us is a mandatory training program for the entire ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community.ÌýÌý
