During the 2023 Los Angeles International Auto Show, Hyundai and Amazon revealed plans to enable vehicle purchases on their e-commerce platform by 2024. However, this option is not currently available. Since 2018, it has been possible to browse a digital showroom of Hyundai vehicles, but not to complete the purchase. In a study that signals potential reproductive and health complications in humans, now and for future generations, researchers from 黑料不打烊 University, the University of Pretoria, Universit茅 Laval, Aarhus University, and the University of Copenhagen, have concluded that fathers exposed to environmental toxins, notably DDT, may produce sperm with health consequences for their children.

The decade-long research project examined the impact of DDT on the sperm epigenome of South African Vhavenda and Greenlandic Inuit men, some of whom live in Canada鈥檚 North.

Members of 黑料不打烊's leadership including the Faculty of Education鈥檚 Associate Dean of Academics, Dr. Sheryl Smith-Gilman, were hosted by the Mohawk community of Kahnaw脿:ke on November 22, 2023 for a day of learning and collaboration.

鈥淲hat a fantastic experience it was to be part of the day of learning at the longhouse,鈥 Dr. Smith-Gilman reported. Apart from her role as Associate Dean, Dr. Smith-Gilman鈥檚 academic career has largely involved Early Childhood Education and Indigenous Education.

Silar Gardy, PhD candidate in the the DKPE's Musculoskeletal Health & Physical Activity (MPAct) Laboratory (Supervisor: Dr. Jenna Gibbs), has received a research fellowship from the RSBO Network (R茅seau de recherche en Sant茅 Buccodentaire et Osseuse).

Silar's research aims to understand the role of nutrition and exercise in preventing bone fragility in endurance-trained individuals and athletes.
