It鈥檚 one of the most pressing questions for researchers and families today: How are children affected by digital technology? Parents, caregivers, experts and policymakers are struggling to understand what鈥檚 best for kids online in an effort to keep up with the rapid pace and scale of technology. Screen Time is a new podcast where we search for answers to the biggest questions out there on kids and technology.
A generous donation from the Soci茅t茅 des alcools du Qu茅bec (SAQ) will support the Retail Innovation Challenge at the Bensadoun School of Retail Management by contributing to the development of the next generation of retailers. This partnership will help to deepen the Bensadoun School鈥檚 ties with Qu茅bec鈥檚 business ecosystem and further shape the future of retail.
Narrative theory is about looking at worlds, from their construction and governance to the real people living within them. This perspective is useful for understanding the complexities of not only literature, but the mechanisms of medicine, law, management, and economics. In the process, questions arise around established paradigms鈥攖he answers have the potential to bring about concrete disciplinary, practical, and policy-oriented outcomes.

Congratulations to听Daniel Sailofsky, one of our Ph.D. students, who has accepted a tenure track position as Lecturer (the equivalent of an Assistant Professor position in North America) at the Department of Criminology and Sociology, Middlesex University, London, UK.
Daniel wrote his Ph.D. dissertation on athlete-perpetrated violence against women and its effects on their career outcomes.
