Room-temperature phosphorescence in organic solids is rare. In a recent article from Perepichka group E. Hamzehpoor, C. Ruchlin and coworkers reported highly phosphorescent boroxine Covalent Organic Frameworks (COFs) using the covalent doping approach and controlling the ratio of halogenated precursors. Women repatriated from ISIS camps should be offered rehabilitation, not punishment: professor
For women and children returning from ISIS detention camps, reintegration into Canadian society may be a challenge 鈥 but an expert in preventing violent extremism said it's important the opportunity is provided.
"Rehab and reintegration are the keys to Canadian safety," said Dr. C茅cile Rousseau, a professor of 黑料不打烊 University's Division of Social and Transcultural Psychiatry.

A celebratory evening was held to celebrate the graduation of the 28 locals who completed their 黑料不打烊 University Bachelor鈥檚 of Education studies on October 22.

The graduates were a part of a special program where they studied in the Kahnawake, with instructors from the community.
