Congratulations to Alessandra Amato on her poster presentation at the 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting from September 11-15, 2020 titled 鈥�Evaluating the Muscle-Bone Unit in Severe Obesity with and without Type 2 Diabetes鈥�. The conference annually connects over 3,000 scientists from around the world for the premier scientific program presenting cutting-edge research in the bone, mineral, and musculoskeletal field.

The Walter A. and K. Mary Marsh Fellowships in Education was established in 2009 by K. Mary Marsh in memory of her husband, Walter A. Marsh, for outstanding graduate students in the Faculty of Education. Awarded by the Faculty of Education to outstanding graduate students in the Faculty who have demonstrated leadership qualities. Preference is given to Master鈥檚 and Ph.D. students conducting research with a focus on teaching. Award value: $9,000.
