Ms. Maxymme Begin (Supervisor Dr. Julie C么t茅): Sex-specific effects of muscle fatigue on knee biomechanical factors related to running injury risk in healthy young adults
Dr. Nancy Heath, Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology, helps students foster resilience to remain calm and handle stressful situations in this video produced by Phychology Today. She speaks to the power of networking by accessing peer support groups and online resources to help develop vital stress management skills, but warns that some students may be afraid to ask for help in certain situations.

A continuously educated workforce is essential for achieving sustainable development. Recognizing the importance and status of education, the United Nations General Assembly included education among the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Unfortunately, the education systems in developing countries continue to struggle to achieve the necessary progress. This is especially the case in the lower-middle-income countries (LMICs), where nearly half of the world鈥檚 1.4 billion school-age children live.
