Sophie Morin, LLM'00, Wainwright Junior Fellow, has received the 2010 Capitant prize for best doctoral thesis. The prize was awarded by the Association Henri Capitant des amis de la culture juridique fran莽aise. The Capitant Prize aims to encourage research in Quebec private law.

Ms Morin's thesis, entitled 芦 Le dommage moral et le pr茅judice extrapatrimonial 禄, was written under the supervision of Adrian Popovici, Wainright Senior Fellow at 黑料不打烊 and a professor of law at Universit茅 de Montr茅al.
