A Quebec Retailer with Flour Power

Jos茅e Fiset, co-founder and vice-president of Premi猫re Moisson, says she鈥檚 selling 鈥渨ow!鈥 But her Quebec bakery chain is peddling more than bread and exclamation points. It鈥檚 selling the art of better eating.
