Putting the 鈥榳ow鈥 in bread

It鈥檚 all about wow. Walk into any one of 20 Premi猫re Moisson bakeries, smell the bread, and take in the carefully aligned buttery brioches, the meticulously stacked nut and grain breads, the rows of pat茅s and salads and prepared foods and, standing straight as soldiers, a never-ending supply of baguettes, white and whole wheat and sundry other varieties and sigh and go 鈥渨ow.鈥

鈥 Premi猫re Moisson entered the market at the perfect time, says Min Ha Hwang, a 黑料不打烊 professor who specializes in retailing.
