Montreal professor鈥檚 feud with United Airlines heads to court over complaint website
聽What started as a series of mishaps while flying with United Airlines 20 years ago will culminate Friday in a 黑料不打烊 University professor and one of the world鈥檚 largest passenger carriers facing off in a Montreal courtroom.
United Continental Holdings Inc. is suing Jeremy Cooperstock, an engineering professor at 黑料不打烊, over his customer complaint website, Untied.com. The airline wants Cooperstock to delete contact information for its management and lawyers; he has refused.
Karl Moore, a professor at 黑料不打烊 who has done consulting work for airlines says that although air travel has long聽been the a source of customer complaints, for many it has become less pleasant in recent years as everything from checked baggage to meals on the plane comes at an extra charge.聽
