Louise Richer is appointed to the Order of Canada
Louise Richer is among the 69 Canadians newly appointed to the Order of Canada by his Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada.聽 She was nominated 鈥渇or her contributions to the development and dissemination of the performing arts as director of the 脡cole nationale de l鈥檋umour.鈥澛� Louise founded the聽Ecole national de l鈥檋umour聽in 1988.聽 Since its launch, she has imagined, designed, developed, defended, reflected, enriched and propelled the school, which is now recognized internationally.聽 Louise is currently completing her EMBA with the . She was her class鈥檚 recipient of the scholarship for a manager in a non-profit organization. She will graduate from the program this spring.
