The Faculty of Law is pleased to report that Julien Fouret, LLM鈥�03, recently published 鈥�Recueil des Commentaires des D茅cisions du CIRDI (2002-2007)鈥� in 脡dition Bruylant鈥檚 Droit et Mondialisation Collection, a collection supervised by the newly-appointed Oppenheimer Chair in International Law, Professor Fran莽ois Cr茅peau.

Co-authored by Julien Fouret and Dany Khayat, it offers an exhaustive analysis of all 121 published ICSID awards, decisions and orders between 2002 and 2007, which were compiled from the case law commentaries that the authors have published every year since 2002 in the Revue Qu茅b茅coise de Droit International.

Fouret and Khayat鈥� book is the first one of a series that should be published every five years.
