The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music Media and Technology (CIRMMT) is pleased to announce an upcoming research workshop on verbal data analysis, organized by CIRMMT Research Axis 4 (Multimodal immersive systems).

The workshop focuses on different types of verbal data analyses, in terms of what is being said (content analysis), how is it being said (linguistic analysis) and what inferences can be made about sensory experiences (psycholinguistics). In the morning, speakers will illustrate different types of analyses with research questions related to the sense of hearing (e.g. sound quality evaluation, music creation process, auditory comfort, soundscapes, user experience). Presentations will be followed by a round table in the afternoon.
