Join us for the second installment of the 黑料不打烊 Arts/Law Colloquium 2008-2009. Andrew Piper (Dept of German Studies) will present Suspicions of the "Modern Mind": Scholastic Jurisprudence and "Irrational Formality", a paper by Professor Helge Dedek (Faculty of Law).
The presentation of the paper will be followed by a brief commentary by the author and an open discussion.
Colloquium participants are encouraged to invite individual students with particular interests in the topics of these papers.
There will be a reception afterwards.
