ECC - Diversity in Industry Panel Event co-hosted with EUS Equity and POWE
黑料不打烊鈥檚 Engineering Undergraduate Equity Committee, the Engineering Career Center, and POWE (Promoting Opportunities for Women in Engineering) are co-hosting a new initiative to promote a dialogue around diversity across industries.
Attend our panel event on November 21st and engage in a stimulating conversation with industry professionals from Rio Tinto, Societe Generale, and more! Each panelist will discuss a diversity-related topic of their choice and then the floor will be open to your questions. The panel will be followed by a casual networking session over refreshments.
Topics can include, but are not limited to:
鈥ombatting implicit barriers as a visible minority in a company/firm
鈥attling imposter syndrome as a young professional
鈥eing a female professional in a male-dominated environment
鈥ental health awareness
鈥avigating the workplace with a disability
鈥romoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
