Dr. Marc Tischkowitz joined 黑料不打烊 in 2005 as an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Human Genetics, Oncology and Medicine. He has trained in both Clinical Genetics and Medical Oncology and his primary interests are molecular studies of cancer predisposition genes and the clinical management of familial cancer predisposition syndromes. His PhD was on the chromosome breakage syndrome, Fanconi anemia through which he has developed an interest in DNA repair mechanisms and his research focuses on familial breast cancer.
